I'm very happy with it. I used Brooklyn Tweed Shelter in the meteorite color. Here I am attempting a selfie. Eww.
It seems to have been a while since I last posted. Thanksgiving crept up on me, but that's what weekend it is here in the US.
I'll just post pictures of our celebrations so far and let the pictures speak for themselves.
OK, that last one I have to say something. The three of us just happened to all be wearing black mocknecks or turtlenecks. So we had to take a pic. I can't decide if we're channeling the Beatles (aka With the Beatles record cover) or Andy Warhol.
Mia is not overjoyed about Thanksgiving. She never likes a break from routine, which this is. Poor thing.
I hope everyone who celebrates is enjoying Thanksgiving weekend.

That's a good looking bird Margaret (and family!). I like the color you chose for that great sweater. Been wanting to knit a plain long vest for myself and will start browsing patterns.
Gorgeous sweater, Margaret! Love the pic of the three of you! Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your beautiful family. And...those windows in the one shot are wonderful!

That turkey looks like something out of a cooking magazine--yum! I do love Thanksgiving dinner and was so happy to go to my niece's this year--no cooking for me!
This sweater looks gorgeous. Now winter can come but I hope that there won't be too much snow for you. Nor for me, lol.
That Thanksgiving dinner much have been wonderful from the way it looks. And it has everything that I remember from my first Thanksgiving dinner that I ever attended two years ago. It was really something very special for me.
We missed having a home cooked meal on Thanksgiving this year. Dad fell and has been in rehab since surgery. We were, however, all together and for that I'm very thankful!
You have a beautiful family! I hope Mia is back into her routine!
