Finally, a finish!

I finished my Hornbook Bestiary!!!  Hooray!

Hornbook Bestiary by Scarlet Letter
using the AVAS silks and the linen from kit
Done in tent stitch and basket weave stitch over one on 35ct. linen



I did manage to leave the grass off of the zebra block.  But I actually like how the zebra looks without it.  And I wasn't about to go back and fix it.  lol!

Here is my fussy cut star for the week, using the same fabric from the Blue and White collection by Michael Miller.


And here is Mia.

  31. Wooohooo! It's finished and it's amazing! I love how tiny the stitches look. Tent stitching is where you dont go back and cross the stitch right? Anywho, each block was fun to watch you stitch and try to figure out what the names of those last creatures could be!! Hugs to silly Mia!!
