Time to move on!

Why is it time to move on?  Cause I finished Catherine Maudsley!  Yay!

Catherine Maudsley by the Drawn Thread
40ct. Meadow Rue with NPI threads

I'm very pleased with how she came out.

In other news, the boy child has spring break this week.  I feel like I've already done this since the girl child had her spring break the week before last.  Oh well.  I'm sure there will be lots of running around to do!

This is a short post this time.  Time to move on!  :D   Thanks for stopping by and saying hi.  Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

  14. Margaret - she looks wonderful!!! Again, it's one of those pieces that I see the chart and think, okay, but then I see if stitched and I just love it. Can't wait to see what you pick to work on next. My kids are off for 11 days - UGH - love having them around, but I don't get much stitching done (DH will be home too so there will definitely be little stitching done).

  44. Margaret, I want to take some of what you are taking - wow, girl its a beauty. I am still stuck on Jenny Bean. It would help if I was stitching and not on the computer looking at quilting fabrics....
We are looking forward to our Spring Break here- hopefully the weather will cooperate and we shall do some exploring of old castles & ruins which are close by. I am also planning a trip to the Celle Stickmuseum when I visit my dad in mid April - I am totally excited about that...now back to Jenny

  55. Hi Margaret. This is off topic of your present sampler (although it is beautiful, too). Ater seeing Charlotte Clayton, I finally found a chart and purchased it. Love those big cats! I prefer AVAS over NPI. I think I am going to go with 36ct, 1 over 2 threads. Anywhoo, my question is, did you use a full skein of each of the NPI colors (where one skein was called for) or did you have left over thread from each skein?
    Thanks. Julie juels51@yahoo.com

  56. Margaret, I was so inspired I purchased the pattern too. Although I don't know if mine would ever be as lovely as yours......I will try someday!!!
    It is just beautiful!!!
    Happy Easter!
